Hail friends of Sequin Land!

If you’ve been following the legacy of Nintendo handhelds for some time now, you’ve probably heard about the critically acclaimed Shantae game from WayForward and Capcom back on the Game Boy Color system. This amazing creation has all but vanished from the world. But this time, space aliens will not threaten Earth lest we produce whale song. It’s up to you, the fans, to make yourselves heard.

What Shantae needs (she talks in her sleep) are fans in great numbers to get loud. We’ve pitched sequels on all systems, and have had publishing deals on the table. What keeps this passionate lass tethered down are the low sales of original hardcore games in this age of mega-hitting dog petting, mama-cooking, brain training games. The question on the minds of our cash focused partners; how many Shantae fans are out there, ready to buy up a sequel? If we build it, will they come?

Here’s how you can help. Please join the Shantae Fan Club by providing your email address, and a few other details such as your age, and system preference. This will help tell our publishing partners about Shantae’s fan base, so they can bite down and take the leap. No one outside of the Fan Club moderators will see your information, and it will not be shared.
